Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the Asian market
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Capital Markets sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, particularly Financial Institutions
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Skills and Specifications
- Extensive experience in sales, particularly within Capital Markets
- Proven track record of success in selling SaaS and Services to Financial Institution
- Strong network and experience with Financial Institutions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
