Roles and Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Provide team management and procedural oversight to the team-leads
- Project manage and provide expertise in the transition from pilot phase to scalable offshored servicing
- Lead governance calls with stakeholders
- Improve team scalability
- Improve existing processes and help redesign better solutions
- Build and strengthen cross-locational team relationship
- Handle client escalations
The following skills and specifications are required in a candidate:
- 7+ years’ work experience in financial markets
- Excellent communication with good verbal and written skills
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel) & PDF skills
- Strong derivatives background is an added advantage
- Be a role model/mentor
