Roles and Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Managing client enquiries/requirements
- Logging all client queries in the Client Services Management tool
- Ensure agreed service level is provided to clients at all times
- Directing complex queries to Senior Management
- Keeping track of deadlines and ensure clients are updated in a timely manner
Skills and Specifications
The following skills and specifications are required in a candidate:
- BSc/Masters in Maths, Chemistry or Physics (70%+)
- Excellent communication with good verbal and written skills
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel) & PDF skills
- Highly motivated with willingness to learn and adapt to situations
Other Requirements
- Can work as part of a shift pattern
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Bonus: MBA in Finance
- Bonus: Customer support experience
